What are your rental times?

For the Marble Falls and Friendswood locations, we book our space in 2hr increments starting at 4hrs - ex. 4hrs, 6hrs, 8hrs, etc. with the exception on Fridays & Saturdays. On Fridays & Saturdays, an all day rental is required. All time for setup, tear down, and the event itself should take place within the time frame of your rental. We do not allow day/night before setup unless you would like to rent out the additional time for that space as well. Please keep this in mind when submitting an inquiry.

What are the rules on alcohol?

  • For non-ticketed events:

    • If you are solely offering beer and wine, you do not need a TABC license.

    • For liquor, you must have a TABC licensed bartender and a security guard present for the entire duration of the event.

  • For ticketed events:

    • You must have a TABC licensed bartender and a security guard present for the entire duration of the event

Are tables and chairs included in the rental?

Yes they are! Please see the details below for each venue:

  • Marble Falls

    • We have brown chairs, (6) 8ft long wooden tables (no linens required), and (10) cocktail tables that come with your choice of white or black spandex covers. If you're in need of table linens, please note that these must be rented separately, as we do not offer them in-house.

  • Friendswood

    • We have black chairs, (10) 8ft long wooden tables (no linens required), (10) 60” round tables that come with white floor-length linens, (10) Cocktail Tables that come with your choice of white or black spandex covers. If you're in need of any additional tables, chairs, or table linens, please note that these must be rented separately, as we do not offer anything extra than what we have listed.

Are we allowed to bring in our own food?

Yes you are allowed to bring in your own food. If you are using a catering company, they must be a licensed caterer and a copy of their license must be sent to us prior to your event.

Does the trash need to be taken out after the event?

Yes, all trash generated from your event needs to be placed in our dumpster outside before you depart the venue. Please note that the venue manager will not handle the disposal of event waste. For your convenience, we do provide a cart for you to bring all of your trash out. If any trash is left on the trash cart or inside of the building after your event, you will be subject to a fine.

Are there any discounts available for non-profits or schools?

Yes, we offer a 25% discount off of your rental (excluding the cleaning fee) for non-profit organizations and schools. Please make sure to mention that you are a non-profit or a school in your inquiry form.
